The Emma and Will snippets from Prom are shot and edited to show two people so deeply in love they are 'turning and returning to some secret place inside' their own world. They have no interaction with anyone there, they are positioned at the back of the crowd and Quinn’s ability to stand and Rachel’s arrival barely drags them out of their world. The thing I loved about Emma’s kiss at the end was that it was so spontaneous and it was in front of everybody. (A nice balance to Will kissing her spontaneously in her office in 'I Want to Dance With Somebody' to which she made no objection. Finally, she can’t contain herself. It’s a sign. Emma's ready to have Will more than 'take her breath away'.
